On-Site Registration Desks

The registration desks will be open during the following hours for pick-up of registration packets by pre-registered attendees and for on-site registration:

Registration Fees

Please not that if you got an access code for you paper submission, you cannot use it for your registration. You then have to follow the registration process and you will receive a new access code.

To COVER paper(s) :
Each paper must be covered by an advance-rate full registration by one of the co-authors, by March 30th, and a full rate registration can cover up to two papers. If you want to cover a paper, please answer "yes" to the question "Does your registration cover an accepted paper?".

After having paid your registration fee, you will be allowed to return back to the registration website and enter the paper(s) number(s) you want to cover. A full rate registration can cover up to two papers. A student-registration cannot cover a paper.

For attendees willing to pay by order form (additional administrative expenses: 30 €) or by bank transfer (additional administrative expenses: 50 €), please print the PDF Version of the Registration form and send it with the relevant proof of payment as described.

1) Registration fees include access to all technical sessions, the welcome party, coffee breaks, exhibits, one copy of the proceedings on a CD-ROM, the Gala Reception. The fee does not include the tutorials nor the luncheons.

2) One registration allows you to buy up to two tutorials.

3) One CD-ROM (delivered on site) is included in the conference registration fees. No hard copy of the proceedings will be printed. Proceedings will be in electronic format only.

4) You must be an IEEE member at the time of registration and have your dues paid to receive the IEEE member discount. Please visit ieee.org/join for details.

5) Please email a scanned proof of your student status (a copy of your valid student ID or a letter from your department chair) to contact@isbi2008.cborg.net with, in the subject of the email, only the paper number (e.g. 12233).

Final invoices will be sent by email. Each attendee must register individually. Advance registration payments must be received by the registration deadline for the rate at which you registered. If payment is not received by the deadline, you will be charged the higher on-site rate. Cancellation policy: A cancellation fee of 30 € will be applied until April 25, 2008. No refunds after April 25, 2008.
