ISBI 2008 has been awarded a conference support grant from the Region Ile de France, to provide partial travel support for France-based young investigators (graduate students and postdoctoral fellows being trained in France) who will be presenting contributed papers at ISBI.
Graduate students or postdoctoral fellows who wish to apply for this award should have their dissertation advisor or mentor email a (plain text) recommendation letter to: elsa.angelini@telecom-paristech.fr
The letters should mention which paper(s) the young investigator will *present* if awarded the travel support. ISBI expects to select 10 young investigators for 225 Euros awards, based largely on the reviews of the submitted papers.
Priority will be given to letters that are submitted by March 18th, 2008. Decisions will be announced by March 22nd.

Graduate students or postdoctoral fellows who wish to apply for this award should have their dissertation advisor or mentor email a (plain text) recommendation letter to: isbi08-travel@biomedicalimaging.org.
The letters should mention which paper(s) the young investigator will present if awarded the travel support. ISBI expects to select twenty young investigators for $500 awards, based largely on the reviews of the submitted papers.
Priority will be given to letters that are submitted by March 8, 2008 March 18, 2008.
Decisions will be announced by Mar 15 Mar 22.
