Registration
Advance registration rates are valid through March 31 (11:59 PT), 2014. At-Conference Registration prices are from March 22 (11:59 PT), 2014 – May 2 (11:59 PT), 2014.
All authors of accepted papers must register for the conference by December 13 (11:59 PT), 2013 and must also attend/present at the meeting. Please check the discounted hotel room rates on the Accommodations Page of the website. Please ensure you have submitted the Visa application if required. Registration payment must be made before the Visa letter is downloaded.
Registration includes access to all sessions, conference proceedings and USB, and 1 welcome reception. Registration for tutorial sessions can be bought separately and are not included in the main registration fee.

Refunds – Non Authors
General attendees (non-authors) are eligible for a registration refund if the refund is requested in writing prior to March 31, 2014 and will incur a processing fee of $50. There are no registration refunds after March 22, 2014. Authors will not receive any registration refund.
Author No Shows
EMBS enforces a “no show” policy. Any accepted paper included in the final program is expected to have at least one author attend and present the paper at the conference. Authors of the accepted papers included in the final program who do not attend the Conference will be subscribed to a “No Show List”, compiled by the Society. The “no-show” papers will be removed from the website and noted as “Author unavailable for presentation.” The “No Show List” will also be made available to all EMBS conference organizers, who can reject submissions from these authors in the following two years, based on their past negative impact on an EMBS conference.
The substitution form must be completed and submitted by the corresponding author of any paper that has been included in the ISBI’14 program but the corresponding author or any co-authors are no longer able to attend and present the paper in the conference. If we do not receive the completed no show form, and you do not attend ISBI’14 and present your paper, you will be subscribed to the no show list.
All attendees – author or non-author
Cancellations must be made in writing by downloading the no-show form on the website and sending it by email to j.lotito@ieee.org (no phone calls will be accepted). There are no refunds allowed for authors who uploaded their final paper. Registration fees cannot be transferred to another attendee.
Photography
Attendance at, or participation in, this conference constitutes consent to the use and distribution by IEEE of the attendee’s image or voice for informational, publicity, promotional and/or reporting purposes in print or electronic communications media. No flash photography will be used.
Video recording by participants and other attendees during any portion of the conference is not allowed without special prior written permission of IEEE.
Photographs of copyrighted PowerPoint or other slides are for personal use only and are not to be reproduced or distributed. Do not photograph any such images that are labeled as confidential and/or proprietary.
