Abstract: |
Imaging biological tissue usually needs very sensitive instruments that allow high contrast while keeping the dose deposition to aminimum. With the advent of third generation synchrotron radiation sources new, phase contrast-based imaging techniques have become available. In this work, we present two recently developed phase imaging methods: the first is based on a full 3D approach and is suitable for small specimens and fast investigations; the second is based on an interferometric approach and is scalable up to very large field of views. |
